Founded in 1994 by Scott Mandel, a former law enforcement officer with a deep commitment to public service, Asset Protection & Security Services began as a small, family-operated security company in South Texas. Scott’s background in law enforcement and his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi laid the foundation for Asset’s expertise in providing security services. Since being awarded our first federal contract in 1998 and our first ICE contract in 2001, Asset has grown into a nationally recognized security service provider, offering comprehensive security support, detention facility management, and transportation solutions to federal agencies across the U.S. Today, we remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards in security, compliance, and service excellence, making Asset a trusted partner in safeguarding communities and supporting agency missions.
